Slab Leak Water Dmage

This Mission Viejo residential property suffered water damage resulting from a slab leak behind the dishwasher. The slab leak affected drywall, baseboard, cabinetry, and flooring. The family was completed devastated as it was a few days before a holiday party. We were able to pack out all of their contents in the kitchen within an hour and begin demolition. The after photo was taken only 2 days after the incident. Our customer was extremely grateful we were able to finish the job quicker than they expected. Just within two weeks the family was able to have their kitchen back to their preloss condition.
