Duplex Rain Damage
This duplex property suffered from major water damages due to a rain storm over the holidays. This duplex was under construction.Our crew arrived within half an hour from receiving the emergency. It was a very large loss with two complete floors affected. SERVPRO of Mission Viejo brought in generators to have as many drying equipment placed to get this property dried as soon as possible. We worked as quickly as we could so our customers would not lose any more money during production. Our crew worked day and night over the holidays to get this job completed. The after picture was taken only 4 days after the loss. Our customers were extremely shocked with how fast our job was done. They were very grateful for our services.
