Rain Damage Affects Two Levels
It is important to maintain roofs and do self inspections frequently to avoid water damages from rain.This Mission Viejo home suffered damages from water that entered through roof from missing/loose tiles. Luckily SERVPRO of Mission Viejo was called out. We were able to get the roof covered during the heavy rain to avoid any other potential damages. The water entered and affected a bedroom and went down to affect the downstairs area. We received this job late in the evening, and we wanted our clients to feel safe and not worried about any damages. The following day we removed all the wet drywall and baseboards, and following with placing drying equipment.
