Toilet Overflow in Commercial Property

This commercial property suffered water damage from a toilet overflow. Drywall, baseboards, and flooring was affected from the loss. SERVPRO of Mission Viejo was able to salvage the flooring and perform in place drying. Luckily it was clean water, so it was an easy and fast job. We placed containment over the men's restroom since most of the damage took place in that room. Our crew extracted all the remaining water, and placed drying equipment. Drying equipment was left for three days to dry wall cavities and flooring. The property owner was very impressed with our crew and office services.
