Upper Level Leak Causes Lower Level Damage
This residential home had two inches of standing water when SERVPRO of Mission Viejo arrived on site. A pipe leak from the upper level bathroom was left unnoticed for two days. Water affected about 90 percent of the lower level. The after picture was taken only 3 days after the incident. Our customers were expecting a longer process, but SERVPRO out did their expectations. Our customers are thrilled with the results, and even more with our services. We will be reconstructing their home back to their preloss condition.
