Commercial Water Damage in Rancho Santa Margarita

This Rancho Santa Margarita commercial property suffered water damage due to a pipe leak. The before picture shows the wet materials. Carpet and baseboard were affected. Luckily SERVPRO of Mission Viejo only had to remove a small area of baseboard and successfully dried the carpet in place. Two drying air movers and one dehumidifier were placed on the same day of the initial inspection. The business kept running as normal during our services. The property was dry within 2 full days of drying. Our customer was very fond of our services, and has continued to use us for other emergency services.
