We own and operate a portfolio of commercial buildings and had a flooding on Sunday Mother's Day of 2020 that flooded around 48,000 SF of an office/Lobby and Lab space in San Clemente CA. We desperately tried to get other remediation company to respond but only SERVPRO came through quick enough with a large team within hours.  Nick and Sue as well as Jonathan and their entire crew (anywhere from 12-45 people onsite at any given time) did a great job dealing with the different tenants, the insurance and the dryout and removing all flooring and cutting out drywall etc. The entire crew was very friendly, responsive, professional and very easy to work with. I hope you will never have such a large flooding; but if you do, I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to help you take care of it.
