Thankful SERVPRO was recommended. Came downstairs to find bathroom with standing water that had come up from the toilet and seeped underneath floorboards into the family room. Vega and Maricela were there with a team that night, had everything picked up and the drying process started. Both were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend asking for them when you call SERVPRO!

Our upstairs toilet overflowed two weeks ago so I immediately called SERVPRO of Mission Viejo.  I used them once before and was extremely satisfied with their results.  This time the service was even more exceptional.  The flood was extensive on two floors.  They had a team of 10 people over packing up our kitchen and family room to help mitigate the damage as quickly as possible.  Every dish was wrapped in bubble wrap.  Each box had a drawing and description of where the items were to be returned.  The supervisor, Marcella, kept me advised of issues that were found so I was always in the loop.  The owner, Nick, called frequently to check-in.  At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up their work.  I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency restoration.

Professional, competent & nice people doing whatever it takes to get the job done right. Follow through was excellent. Nick & his staff were fantastic during a tough emotional time for our family. This is my second water damage experience and SERVPRO took good care of my house in both incidents.

On August 8, 2009 a washing machine malfunction caused extensive water damage to eight rooms and adjacent areas of our home. Firemans Fund adjuster, SERVPRO Manager, Nick Macalello, SERVPRO Technician Jesse Parra, and subcontractors restored our home to better than new condition and beyond our expectations.
